Mrs. Florence Altha Sanford, 92, of Ellijay, died Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2020.

She was born Aug. 14, 1928, in Gilmer County to the late Luther Parks and Mary Sluder Parks. 

Mr. Johnny Warren Parks, 64, of Ellijay, died Thursday, Oct. 22, 2020.

He was born Nov. 8, 1956, in Gilmer County, to the late Edwin and Fair Mooney Parks. 

Mrs. Opal Lowman Chastain, 96, of Ellijay, died Sunday, Oct. 25, 2020.

She was born May 19, 1924, in Gilmer County, to the late Angus Morrison and Laura Ardalla Recce Lowman. 

Dr. George D. Barnett Sr., 75, of Ellijay, died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2020. 

He was born July 22, 1945, in Birmingham, Ala., to the late Oral George and Sybil Elizabeth (Ramey) Barnett. 

Mr. William Render Robinson,  88, died Friday, Oct. 23, 2020.

He was born May 10, 1932, in Troup County, to the late Archie Monroe and Jessie Strickland Robinson. 

Barry Wayne Hamby, 64, of Ellijay, died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2020, in the home he shared with his brother, Roger.
