Miss Miranda Devon Lowery

Miss Miranda Devon Lowery, 45, of Ellijay, died Saturday, July 4, 2020.  

She was born Dec. 24, 1974, in Whitfield County and was a high school graduate. She had a love for her church family and being with people. She loved shopping, all things pink, bling, singer Travis Tritt and other country music artists, starry nights and animals. She was active in Operation Christmas Child and member of Covenant Community Church of Ellijay.

She is preceded in death by grandparents, Jess and Lena Lowery, of Ellijay and Ernest and Bertha Long, of Dalton.

She is survived by parents, Dianne and Tom Ballew and Bobby and Norma Lowery; sister and brother-in-law, Sabrina and Joseph Sullivan; brother and sister-in-law, Jason and Stephanie Lowery; stepsister and brother-in-law, Kim and Randall Rhudy, of Dalton; stepbrother, Ryan Woody; niece and nephews, Rachel and Daniel Hicks, Arianna and Eliese, Ben, Patrick, David, Asher and Isaiah Sullivan, Blakely, Madi and Wilson Lowery, Halie, Neci and Johnny, Sarah Cooper and Shelby Miller, of Dalton; great-niece and nephews; adopted Nanna and Papaw, Henry and Chrissie Paseur; and special pet, Cheyenne.

A celebration of her life will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 12, 2020, at Covenant Community Church of Ellijay with Pastor Steve Fields and the Rev. Glen Arnold officiating. 

Family will receive friends at the church.
