Notice is hereby given that Mini World Storage intends to sell the personal described below to enforce a lien imposed on said property pursuant to the GA Self Storage Facility Act GA Code Sections 10-4-210 to 10-4-215.

Mini World Storage will sell by public sale beginning July 3rd, or after, 2015 by appointment only, on the premises which are located at 767 Progress Rd., Ellijay, GA.

The contents of the following unit will be sold Derrick Kemp E-102; Jane Bridges H-190; Lewis Tilson D-61; Vincent Servedio F-145.

Contents include, but are not limited to, furniture appliances, tools and miscellaneous household items.

All purchases must be paid for in cash. Items are sold as is, where is, and must be removed at the time of sale. Sale subject to cancellation in the event of settlement between owner and obligated party.
