To: Michael Earl Read Hall and to whom it may concern:
This is to notify you to file an objection, if there is any, to the above referenced petition, in this court on or before June 3, 2013.
Be notified further: All objections to the petition must be in writing, setting forth the grounds of any such objections. All pleadings/objections must be signed before a notary public or before a probate court clerk, and filing fees must be tendered with your pleadings/objections, unless you qualify to file as an indigent party. Contact probate court personnel at the following address/telephone number for the required amount of filing fees.
If any objections are filed, a hearing will be scheduled at a later date. If no objections are filed, the petition may be granted without a hearing.

You are hereby notified that a petition for the appointment of a temporary guardian has been filed regarding the above-named minor. All objections to the petition described above either to the appointment of a temporary guardian or the appointment of the petitioners as temporary guardians, must be in writing, setting forth the grounds of any such objections, and must be filed with this court no later than 14 days after this notice is mailed, or 10 days after this notice is personally served upon you, or ten days after the second publication of this notice if you are served by publication. All pleadings must be signed before a notary public or Georgia probate court clerk, and filing fees must be tendered with your pleadings, unless you qualify to file as an indigent party. Contact probate court personnel at the address/telephone number below for the required amount of filing fees.
Note: If a natural guardian files an objection to the creation of the temporary guardianship, the petition will be dismissed. If a natural guardian files an objection to the appointment of the petitioner(s) as guardian(s), or if a parent who is not a natural guardian files an objection to the petition, a hearing on the matter shall be scheduled at a later date.

FOR THIRD PARTY TRANSPORTATION PROVIDERS

Project: Human Services Transportation in DHS Region 1
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transit Alliance Group, Inc. (TAG), a nonprofit organization, is requesting proposals for Third Party Operators to provide coordinated transportation for the Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) consumers in DHS Region 1 - Northwest, Georgia including, Bartow, Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Fannin, Floyd, Gilmer, Gordon, Haralson, Murray, Paulding, Pickens, Polk, Walker, and Whitfield Counties.
A copy of the Request for Proposals may be obtained from TAG by contacting Barbara Hurst at (866)752-2390 x 102 / barbarahurst@transitag.org, or Diana Smith at 866-752-2390 x 104 / dianasmith@transitag.org Electronic copies of the RFP may be requested, but all responses must be in sealed envelopes as described in the RFP in order to be considered. A non-mandatory bidders conference is scheduled for May 30, 2013 at 10:00 am Eastern Time at the Clarence Brown Conference Center, 5450 GA Highway 20, Cartersville, GA 30121, phone number (770) 606-5763. Anyone planning to submit a proposal for provision of DHS Coordinated Transportation service is encouraged to attend to ask any questions prior to the deadline for proposal submission. If you are unable to attend the bidders' conference on May 30th, please contact Barbara Hurst or Diana Smith and a copy of the RFP will be provided to you.
Specifications regarding proposals are outlined in the RFP. Documents/electronic copy must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 10, 2013 in order to be considered.
